Aeroflex Incorporated Receives Order for $5.0 Million for High-Reliability Semiconductor Products.

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. -- Aeroflex Incorporated (Nasdaq Symbol: ARXX), a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of automated testing solutions and microelectronics for the aerospace, defense and broadband communications markets, announced today that it has received an order for $5 million, in support of a major military subcontractor, that will take advantage of and utilize Aeroflex' High-Reliability ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits) and Standard Data Communication Products. The products will be used for this subcontractor's jet engine, flight and cabin environmental control programs. This represents one of Aeroflex's largest high-rel component orders to date. Initial unit deliveries will commence in the current quarter and are expected to be completed by the March 2007 quarter.
