Aerielle(R), Inc. Receives Notice of Patent and Trademark Allowance.

Patent and Trademark Allowance by the USPTO 

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Aerielle announced today that it has received a United States Patent and Trademark allowance. The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued U.S. patent No. 7,120,403 for " Circuit and Method for Providing an Auto-Off capability for a Wireless Transmitter " to Aerielle. This is an important addition to the company's IP portfolio because the technology is used in multiple products currently sold by our strategic partners and customers. Furthermore, Aerielle also received a new trademark allowance, the Aerielle trademark "Simply Better Sound [R]" which indicates superior sound quality for Aerielle branded products and is also used as a 'tag' line for the Aerielle Enabled logo.

Aerielle's strategic partners can license the company's patents and trademarks for inclusion in their innovative products which they bring to the market to meet the growing demand of today's consumer for new, great sounding wireless audio products. To date, Aerielle's portfolio also includes many pending U.S. and international patent applications, all of which are on file with the USPTO.
