Aegon refinance.


A 55,000-SF office building in downtown Little Rock is backing a $1.9 million financial package.

The 1.9-acre Aegon AEGON N.V. (Euronext: AGN, NYSE: AEG) is one of the world’s leading insurance companies ranked by market capitalization and assets. AEGON’s head office is in The Hague, the Netherlands. At the end of 2004, AEGON companies employed about 29,000 people worldwide.  Building development at 1020 W. Fourth St. is funded with mortgages of $1.5 million and $400,000 held by HomeBank of Arkansas Arkansas, river, United States
