Aegon acquisition.


A 55,000-SF office building in downtown Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.1 million.

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care Inc. bought the Aegon Building at 1020 W. Fourth St. The sellers are Rainwater Properties LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Tagina acquired the project for $2.4 million in March 1984 from American Foundation Life Insurance Co. of Birmingham, Ala. The property was assembled as·sem·ble
