Joseph Harkins, a principal and head of the Staubach Company's downtown Manhattan office, together with Staubach directors James Wenk and Scott Cahaly, represented Aegis in the seven-year leasing transaction valued at over $4 million. Scott Klau and Michael Levy of Newmark & Company Real Estate, represented the landlord, Broadway Management Company. As part of the leasing announcement, Staubach and Aegis successfully negotiated an incentive package with New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. "Our client was considering a number of options, including Jersey City," noted Mr. Harkins, "but in the end, 80 Broad Street's superior existing infrastructure was ideally suited for Aegis' call center needs."
