Aegis Assessments, Inc. Appoints James Balman as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Aegis Assessments, Inc. (OTCBB:AGSI) announced today that James Balman has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Balman has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing with an extensive background in developing and managing dealer networks in the telecommunication industry. Most recently, Mr. Balman served as Vice President of sales for one of the largest Motorola two-way radio resellers in the United States.

"Mr. Balman's initial focus will be on establishing a national network of value added resellers for the SafetyNet RadioBridge," said Aegis President Richard Reincke. The SafetyNet RadioBridge interconnects incompatible radios and bridges them beyond their normal capabilities to provide immediate radio interoperability at an emergency site.

Mr. Balman will also be responsible for negotiating and managing product distribution and reseller relationships, overseeing customer support, and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy. His prior experience includes serving as Strategic Alliance Manager for Sprint, where he worked closely with both Cisco and Nortel. In addition to that position, Mr. Balman also served as general manager for the Sprint broadband wireless group in Phoenix, Arizona, where he directed the launch of Sprint's first fixed wireless system in the country.
