Aegis Appoints Stuart Davie to its Board and Adds New Advisors.

LAFAYETTE, Colo. -- Aegis Analytical Corporation, a provider of software solutions and services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, announced today the appointment of Stuart Davie to its Board of Directors and Lyndal Hesterberg, Ph.D., and Robert Driver to its Advisory Board.

Stuart Davie has more than 20 years of senior management positions in information technology management, most recently as chief information officer for Sandoz, a division of Novartis, and UAP, a division of ConAgra. He has served on information technology boards for Novartis, ConAgra and Pfizer and the management team of KPMG's Systems Implementation Group. He has additional experience in the automotive, aerospace and engineering industries.

Hesterberg is the president of Barofold, Inc., which develops and licenses its proprietary protein folding technology to achieve higher yields in biotechnology and pharmaceutical downstream operations. Previously, he held senior management and scientific positions at Syngene, Amgen, BioStar and SomaLogic. Driver has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing technology and business development in the pharmaceutical and nutrition industries and currently serves as director of business development for Efficas, Inc. Previously, Driver held management positions in the manufacturing and process technology divisions of Pfizer, OmegaTech, Cultor Ltd., and American Hoechst Corporation.
