operations have now largely recovered from the negative impact of the issues with Alabama regulators that occurred in the last two quarters of 1997. The ongoing implementation of a new integrated management information system is proceeding as scheduled with the training of a group of nursing homes completed last week. We are already benefiting from the new system in the form of faster access to financial operating information regarding our nursing homes. This initiative along with our continuing commitment to contain costs should enable us to continue the momentum generated in the third quarter." -0- Forward looking statements made in this release involve a number of risks and uncertainties, including, but not limited to, changes in governmental reimbursement Reimbursement
