Advertisers Get Results With Online Directories and City Guides.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 1998--Advertisers using online
directories and city guides are very satisfied with results, and a
majority plan to renew their advertising contracts, a new study shows.
The study, conducted for The Editor & Publisher Co., is
included in the report, "Online Directories: Pathways to
Profit?," released Nov. 9.
-- Nearly 56 percent of advertisers plan to renew.
-- Nearly 48 percent of those said, "It works/brings in
business."
