U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on
:AVTI) announced that it acquired two primary care physician practices with a total of 6,500 patients.

The practices are located in the Kendall and Coconut Grove areas of Miami.

In addition, Advent has signed Letters of Intent to acquire additional primary care practices as well as a fixed base diagnostic center.

Advent Technologies through its wholly owned subsidiaries Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
