Lenders Tap Into the BlitzDocs Network and Streamline Processes

ATLANTA -- Advectis([R]), Inc., provider of the most widely-used solution for electronic mortgage document collaboration, announced that three companies have selected BlitzDocs([R]) Collaboration Suite for electronic document submission, image-based underwriting and electronic loan delivery. The California-based companies are HighTechLending, EmpireAmerica, LLC (Empire of America) and Icon Residential Capital. These new customers represent the latest lenders to join the growing network of BlitzDocs participants.

BlitzDocs' investor delivery capabilities will enable HighTechLending to send loan documents electronically, therefore minimizing the time in funding a loan.

Empire of America, a mortgage banking company, designs and implements cost-effective mortgage products. Wanting to enable a paperless process from broker origination to loan delivery and funding with investors, the company chose BlitzDocs for its document collaboration and investor delivery capabilities.

Icon Residential Capital, a national Alt-A conduit that purchases and sells residential mortgage loans, selected BlitzDocs to streamline its funding review for faster turn time.
