:ATE), will demonstrate at the DATE conference Certimax (tm), a new semiconductor design verification system utilizing event-based test technology.

Driven by the consumer electronics and broadband markets, SoCs evolve continually to combine more and more functions on a single chip. The sheer complexity of their designs means that the design verification process is a heavy burden for their manufacturers.
