Advantec Hires Pat Goepel, Industry Leader, As CEO.

TAMPA, Fla. -- Advantec, the nation's leading human resource company, announced today the appointment of Pat Goepel as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. Goepel has an extensive background in the Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) industry and brings to Advantec more than 15 years of leadership experience from two of the world's largest human resource companies. In his new role, Goepel will be responsible for growing the business and overseeing day-to-day activities of the company.

Goepel is the former Executive Vice President of Ceridian, a leading HR managed business solutions organization serving more than 20 million employees, which represents approximately 18% of the U.S. workforce. In his various roles with Ceridian, Goepel was responsible for Ceridian's large employer business segment in the U.S., including strategy, M&A and business development, as well as launching Ceridian's HRO operation. He held profit-and-loss responsibilities for a 4,000-employee operation, providing leadership for the U.S. operations including sales, customer service, implementation and production. Goepel held several key leadership positions for Ceridian since 1994, including Senior Vice President of Sales where he led a national sales force of 700 in bringing new products to market and doubling sales in a three-year period. Goepel also held various positions with ADP, one of the largest providers of transaction-based business solutions.
