Steve Cohen has joined Advantec as Vice President of Channel Development and Amy Santi will serve as Vice President, Human Capital Group.

Mr. Cohen is a former Regional Vice President of Sales for Ceridian, a publicly traded company providing comprehensive human resources services. He has 17 years of experience in sales leadership and partnership development at three of the top human resource services solution providers: ADP, Ceridian and Ultimate Software. As Vice President of Channel Development, Mr. Cohen will establish new markets and create direct referral partnership channels for Advantec's services.

Ms. Santi brings to Advantec 16 years of experience in sales and account management in the human resources, outsourcing, and recruiting businesses. She has served as the National Account Manager for CareerBuilder, a leading online recruiting tool for companies, and as a Strategic Account Manager for Jobster, an online recruiting service for employers and job seekers. Prior to joining Advantec, Ms. Santi held several positions in sales and account management at Ceridian.
