Advantage Trading Group Makes the Move to ADP Brokerage.

ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP) announced today that Advantage Trading Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Empire Financial Holding Company of Longwood, Florida has signed a multi-year agreement to outsource its securities transaction processing to ADP/Securities Industry Software (ADP/SIS).

They will be using ADP/SIS's real-time processing platform in a service bureau environment to support their various business lines.

Empire Financial Holding Company offers a full line of financial services to its customers, including correspondent clearing, execution, and processing services for Investment Managers. They also offer online brokerage services through www.Empirenow.com(R), the online trading site of their subsidiary Empire Financial Group, Inc. To support these various business lines, Advantage Trading will use ADP/SIS's Portfolio, Brokerage Accounting System (BAS) and Order Management System (OMS(SM)). They will also use ADP/SIS's desktop productivity solution, POSSE(SM)), on their Client Services desks to provide easy access to customer information.
