Sales for the first six months of the current fiscal year totaled $12.1 million compared to $14.2 million in the year 2001. Net income for the first six months of FY 2002 was $168,915, or $0.04 per common (diluted) share, on 4.6 million shares outstanding, compared to net income of $183,006, or $0.04 per common (diluted) share, on 4.7 million shares outstanding, in the year 2001.
