Advantage Marketing Systems, Inc. ("AMS") (AMEX:AMM) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. ("PPL") (NYSE:PDD) that allows AMS Independent Distributors to sell PPL memberships.

AMS Independent Distributors may utilize existing distributors in their network to sell PPL memberships, as well as recruit new distributors to sell PPL memberships. The marketing of PPL memberships will be in addition to the Independent Distributors' primary activity of selling AMS nutritional products, stress-relieving products, hair care, skin care and cosmetics.

John W. Hail, AMS Founder and CEO, stated that because of his success from 1983 to 1988 in selling PPL memberships and building a substantial network, he understands and recognizes the unmet consumer need for pre-paid legal services. PPL's ability to fill this need makes it a great fit for AMS and its Independent Distributors. PPL has recently surpassed the one million mark in memberships. Mr. Hail also added that not only would this give our 80,000 plus Independent Distributors a method to increase their income, it also could significantly increase AMS's revenues and earnings.

PPL will do all the fulfillment, administration, claims service, customer service and all other services required, including the payment of commissions.
