 order. New sales associate autoships totaled 492 and customer acquisition autoships totaled 4,651.

Since launching the new customer marketing campaign on March 6, 2004, new sales associates and preferred customers have been added as follows: 3,516 in March; 3,732 in April; 4,778 in May and 5,143 in June. These compare favorably to fiscal year 2003 additions of 979 in March; 997 in April; 1,005 in May and 969 in June. Total sales for June were $1,405,000, an increase of approximately 2% over the prior month, indicating the beginning of sales recovery from ephedra-related cancellations.

"Our associates have added a record 17,169 new signups, new customers and associates using our Free Trial customer acquisition program in the last 120 days," said AMS President David D'Arcangelo. "The retention of post Free Trial paying customers averages over 50% the paid month following the free month and demonstrates the significant long term financial potential of this program.
