 Homeowners monies available for minority borrowers who are in the low to moderate income category. Additionally, $50,000 is available in Welcome Home Funds available to this same group of borrowers. These program funds are made available through the Federal Home Loan Bank's Affordable Housing Program, representing a commitment to further the creation and affordability of homeownership of minorities and people with special needs.

The Federal Home Loan Bank honors Advantage Bank as one bank in a select group of financial institutions that exhibits a commitment to improving the economic environment in the communities it serves. The program's funds may be used to purchase owner-occupied housing for very-low to moderate income households. Very-low income households are those with incomes at or below 50% of the area median income. Low and moderate income households are those at or below 80% of the area median income. These categories are defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
