Advantage Bank Declares Stock Dividend After One Year in Operation.

BRANCHBURG, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2000

The Board of Directors of Advantage Bank has declared a stock dividend of 5 percent, payable on March 31 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2000.

Advantage Bank opened its headquarters on Jan. 12, 1999 at 3421 Route 22 East, Branchburg. At the end of its second quarter (June 30, 1999), the bank reported total assets of $20 million, which exceeded its year-end asset target.
