Entertainment conglomerate. It was founded in Chicago in 1924 by Jules Stein as a talent agency. In the 1960s it bought Decca Records and Universal Pictures, and today it produces films, music, and television shows.

Established in 1921, the acquired title is published monthly with a controlled circulation of 120,000 executives and professionals at independent repair shops, new car/truck dealerships, service departments and self--serviced fleet shops. Motor Age was established in 1399 and is written for owners, managers and professional service technicians and mechanics in the U.S. domestic and import automotive service industry. It has a mixed paid and controlled circulation of 130,000.
