Advanstar Communications Inc. Announces Results of Asset Sale Offer to Purchase.

 -- Advanstar Communications Inc. ("Advanstar") today announced the results of its asset sale offer to purchase launched on May 24, 2005 (the "Asset Sale Offer"). Pursuant to the Asset Sale Offer, Advanstar offered to purchase up to $140,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of outstanding Second Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2008 ("Floating Rate Notes") and 10 3/4% Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2010 ("10 3/4% Notes") at a price of 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest to the payment date.
