Advanstar Communications' Technology Communities Group announced today a comprehensive editorial alliance with one of the world's leading e-learning experts, Brandon Hall.

Dr. Hall has committed his unique expertise on e-learning issues and technology to enhance the editorial quality of the recently launched magazine e-learning, as well as annual e-learning conferences, and a new e-learning community web site.
