Advani continues to target Manmohan Singh.

) prime ministerial candidate Lal Krishna Advani Lal Krishna Advani (Sindhi: लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी ), also known as Lal Kishenchand Advani  on Friday reiterated that Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has to seek permission from Congress President Sonia Gandhi before taking a decision.

"If a decision has to be taken, a minister is sent to the residence of Sonia Gandhi to ask that the Prime Minister wants to do this. Whether he should do it or not? The country will not accept this kind of situation. I have come here to say that India has a lot of potential," Advani said while addressing an election rally here.

Advani promised that a special status would be accorded to Bihar if BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business. In general, the NDA states why the information is being divulged and stipulates that it cannot be used for any ) comes at the Centre.

"We will ensure giving special status to Bihar for further pacing up the development works initiated by the Nitish Kumar-led Government, if the alliance is voted to power," he added.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister S. K. Modi accompanied him at the rally. (ANI)
