"If a decision has to be taken, a minister is sent to the residence of Sonia Gandhi to ask that the Prime Minister wants to do this. Whether he should do it or not? The country will not accept this kind of situation. I have come here to say that India has a lot of potential," Advani said while addressing an election rally here. Advani promised that a special status would be accorded to Bihar if BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business.
