Addressing a public function organised by the Ghaziabad unit of the BJP BJP Bharatiya Janata Party (India) BJP British Journal of Psychiatry BJP British Journal of Photography BJP Bubble Jet Printer (Canon) BJP Bence Jones Protein BJP Boston Jolly Pirates at the party headquarters here, Advani said: "I will appeal you all to elect Rajnath Singh to Parliament with a record margin. It is not one person's contest. He is the party head and his victory would be a reflection of party's winning streak." The party declared candidates for 11 Lok Sabha seats on Tuesday which includes party heavyweights Kalyan Singh (Etah), Murli Manohar Joshi Murli Manohar Joshi was the Union Human Resources Development minister of India in the NDA government. Joshi is a leading member of the BJP. He was born in Delhi on January 5 1934, hailing from the Kumaon Hills region of northern India which today form a part of the state of (Varanasi) and Menaka Gandhi (Anwala). Thousands of workers were present on the occasion. Advani, took time out of the Central Election Committee meet to address the workers.
