The inventor of this propagation method is David Bransby of Auburn, Alabama Auburn is a city in Lee County, Alabama. It is the largest city in eastern Alabama with a 2006 population of 51,906 (according to the U.S. Census estimates).[1] , who is working under private contract with Southern Fiber LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. According to Bransby, Samoa Pacific Cellulose LLC., and Nile Fiber Pulp and Paper Company Inc. have experienced successful mill-scale pulping of Arundo donax, and approval of this patent could pave the way for the commercialization of an entirely new wood-free pulp and paper technology.
