Advanced Video Communications Launches New Visual Communications Network to Link Global Decision-Makers; WELCOM System Unveiled at World Economic Forum Meeting in Davos.


DAVOS, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1997--Advanced Video Communications, Inc., in partnership with the World Economic Forum and other industry leaders, today launched WELCOM (World Electronic Community) -- a secure, private and advanced global visual networking system, based on a unique fusion of technology and content, that links international business leaders, top-level government officials and academics and experts from around the world.
