Williams has held senior level management positions in the contract staffing and project management services industries for 16 years. Prior to joining Advanced, Williams was Director of Sales & Marketing for CDI Corporation in the Western United States. Williams was responsible for 15 branch locations throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Utah with annual revenues in excess of $300 million annually. Achievements included revenue growth in Northern California of over 180% and profit growth of over 400% over the last two years.

Prior to his position at CDI, Williams managed multiple operations that provided information technology outsourcing, consulting and project management services in New York City's financial district for 12 years. Clients included: Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York, Citibank, American Express and Swiss Bank Corporation.
