Advanced Technetix Releases Statement from Chairman & CEO.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Advanced Technetix, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVXN) today released a statement from the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, George Stevens. The statement reads as follows:

Dear Advanced Technetix Shareholder,

Amid ongoing speculation and continued inquiries about the company's direction and progress, I wanted to take a moment to update you, the shareholder, about where we are in relation to where we started and where the company is headed.

When I took on the role of CEO in August of this past year, the Company, then known by its former name, eWan1, Inc., was fighting for its life. The company's singular proprietary intellectual property (IP) was not operational and had not even been completed. To make matters worse, a feasible plan did not exist to complete the technology that had been repeatedly heralded by the company's former management as being "ready."

My very first day on the job consisted of sitting with all of the company's engineers and employees and putting them to task. I mandated in no uncertain terms that they convince me of the value of this technology and the ability to complete the technology in short order, or alternatively, they could collectively pack their belongings and tender their immediate letters of resignation.

Eight hours later, I was sufficiently convinced that technology was not only viable, but could be completed and ready to bring to market in a matter of months. Since that day, a scant five months ago, we have completed the engineering and technology, built and thoroughly tested what I believe is a "game-changing" mobile IPtv solution and identified new markets in which to sell derivative or "spin-off" security products, such as the AccessKey[TM] and the AccessKey Vault[TM]. We have also successfully generated revenue from the sale of key consumer electronics "platform" accessories through the domestic retail channel.

In the same time, we have hired two of the most well-respected marketing, lead generation and sales organizations in the U.S. to carry our flagship product(s) and message to cable companies, equipment makers, content developers and aggregators and our federal Government, as we have now officially made the transition from a company in the development stage of operations to one in the beginning of the sales and marketing stage.

My relatively short journey as the company's CEO has been anything but easy. As an organization we have faced many challenges and situations beyond our control that would have scuttled most companies. We have, however, against mounting odds, prevailed and I believe we are, as a company, stronger for the experience.

As we move into the marketing and sales stage of operations, I ask for your continued support. Irrespective of promises that were made by past management, Advanced Technetix is moving forward with aggressive resolve to create shareholder value through the sales of our IPtv and Security product(s).
