Advanced Systems International (OTC BB: ADSN), premier developer of workforce management solutions, and Radley Corporation, worldwide provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) and data collection systems for the QAD environment, have signed a letter of intent to pursue a strategic marketing alliance. The alliance brings ADSN's flexible and user-friendly time and attendance tools to the automotive enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.

Radley is another company that realizes the benefits of joining ADSN's new partnership program designed to bring best-of-breed solutions to the workforce management environment.

ADSN and Radley will collaborate on marketing and sales calls, offering QAD users an integrated, real-time, data collection solution for workforce management. Both companies will market ADSN's ATServer(R) labor management application designed to support large, distributed enterprises with a simple user interface. ADSN's graphical reporting capabilities and simple application of complex business rules from multiple labor groups bring an appealing management feature to Radley's QAD offering.
