) ATServer(R) time, attendance and labor allocation solution for collecting and managing labor data at both its facility and network of farms. For the first phase, ATServer(R) will be implemented at the Thamesford processing facility. The second phase will link over wide area network farms.

Tony Wong Tony C. Wong (黃志華, Hanyu Pinyin: Huáng Zhìhuá, Cantonese Yale: Wong4 Ji3Wa4) is a politician in Ontario, Canada. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, representing the Greater Toronto Area riding of Markham for the Liberal Party. , IT Manager for Cold Springs Farm, said, "ADSN was selected for five reasons. Firstly, was our need for a time and attendance system that was fully Y2K compliant Capable of correctly processing any data that deals with a date beyond the year 1999. See Y2K problem. . Secondly, we wanted to maintain our legacy system, and ATServer(R) provided the bridge. Thirdly, was the advantage of having a single system that collects and manages time and attendance data for multiple locations and facilities. Fourth, was the ability of ATServer(R) to accommodate a wide variety of work rules at the company's multiple locations. Fifth, the minimization of implementation and maintenance costs based on software's reliance on the latest industry standards and a substantial library of stored procedures." Wong continued, "The cost of upgrading its legacy system to meet Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant.

Y2K - Year 2000
compliance was estimated to have been comparable to the cost of implementing ATServer(R)."

Cold Springs Farm's time and attendance system will accommodate a significant number of work rules spanning all of the company's operations. Rather than writing custom code, most of these will be drawn from the ATServer(R) library of approximately 1,000 rules. If additional rules are required, they will be written for Cold Springs Farm's application, added to the library, and made available to all users with the next release of the software. This approach preserves the integrity of the software and spreads the cost of software maintenance over the entire community of users.

ADSN would also like to announce the filing of its Form 10 SB. Filing information can be found either at the company's web site www.advsysintl.com or www.freeedgar.com.
