), a leading provider of business solution software products announced today that it received $2 million in equity financing from Princeton Capital Fund LLC.

Pesut continued, "We are also appointing Dan Dorman, president of the Princeton Capital Fund, to the ADSN board. Mr. Dorman has raised over $200 million as a principal, and arranged over 17 merger, acquisition and financing transactions for portfolio companies that have resulted in substantial increase in shareholder value. He also serves on the Board of Directors of both public and privately held entities."

Terms of the equity financing consist of 1,111,111 shares at a price of $1.80 resulting in proceeds to the Company of $2 million. The financing also includes a total of 300,000 warrants, 100,000 at $2.25, 100,000 at $2.50 and 100,000 at $2.75, exercisable over 2 years.
