Advanced Research Systems Promotes Torsten Kablitz to Director of Product Development.

), an advanced technology company offering care management software for clinical management, today announced that it has promoted Torsten Kablitz to director of product development. In this role, Kablitz will manage the software development process, quality assurance, technical support programs and internal systems.

Kablitz has more then 10 years experience in delivering enterprise software solutions. He has proven expertise in managing the software development process including requirements modeling, business analysis, object modeling and development, and implementing quality based development processes. Prior to joining ARS, Kablitz was principal engineer for a well-funded managed care Internet start up. In this role he helped architect and develop the company's n-tier enterprise architecture and Internet product. He also held a development management role successfully delivering several versions of the company's products. Prior to that, he consulted as an expert in enterprise systems for organizations such as US West and UNISYS. Kablitz attended the University of Utah where he majored in Computer Science and minored in Physics.
