Advanced Radio Telecom (ART) (Nasdaq:ARTT), a leading broadband wireless Internet Protocol (IP) access services provider, today launched its metropolitan broadband IP network in Portland, Ore., providing wireless connectivity to customers at speeds up to 155 Mbps.

ART will provide protected OC-3c connectivity between two data centers in Portland operated by Verio Inc., the world's largest operator of Web sites for businesses. In addition, EasyStreet Online Services, Inc., Portland's largest regional Internet service provider (ISP), is the first ISP offering ART's fast Ethernet service in Portland and will be providing wireless Internet access services in the Portland metro area.
