Advanced Radio Telecom Elects Robert S. McCambridge President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to OneComm, McCambridge was treasurer and vice president of corporate development for Control Data Corp., where he managed the highly successful restructuring, re-capitalization and growth model that created Ceridian Corp. and Control Data Systems.
