Revenues for the third quarter ending September 30, 2004, are expected to be approximately $18.7 million, a sequential increase of approximately 3 percent and within the $18.4 to $19.2 million range previously given by the Company on July 22, 2004. Revenues for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2004, are expected to be in the range of $15.8 to $16.8 million, an increase of approximately 24 to 32 percent over the year ago quarter and a sequential decrease of approximately 10 to 15 percent.
