Advanced Power Technology, Inc., a leading supplier of high performance power semiconductors used in the conditioning and control of electrical power, today announced that it had signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire for approximately $12.2 million in cash the product lines and certain assets of Microsemi RF Products, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
