These discrete devices use the latest generation Field Stop Trench Gate Technology and are offered in the industry standard SOT-227 package. These products are specifically targeted for TIG welding applications, and are an addition to APT's new product line of discrete Field Stop IGBTs. APT200GN60J is a single IGBT and APT200GN60JDQ4 includes a 100A anti-parallel diode. Other anti-parallel diode options are available.
