Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s Marketing Partner Announces Signing of Nutraproducts LLC for Marketing of Lo-Chol over Internet.

Initial Purchase Order For 10,000 Lo-Chol Bottles Received

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI), a company that utilizes whole plants through a proprietary (patent pending) manufacturing process to develop all-natural Whole Plant Pharmaceuticals and Nutritionals, announced that the company's marketing partner, Nutralife Pharmaceuticals Corp., has signed a distribution agreement with Nutraproducts LLC for the marketing and distribution of Lo-Chol over the Internet.

Nutraproducts LLC has been established for the purpose of selling Lo-Chol over the Internet. Nutraproducts management has been involved in generating over $2.5 million in sales of health and beauty items over the past 3 years through specialty brand internet websites. To retain its distribution rights Nutraproducts must make subsequent purchases of Lo-Chol, aggregating at least 100,000 bottles, over the duration of the agreement, although Nutraproducts is not obligated to make such subsequent purchases.

Nutraproducts LLC has also submitted a purchase order for an initial shipment of 10,000 bottles of Lo-Chol to be sold over the Internet. Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will produce and begin shipping this initial order within the next thirty days. Nutraproducts' website is currently under construction and will be launched within 30 to 45 days at www.lo-chol.com.
