Advanced Photonix to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2006 Results.

:API) will hold a conference call to discuss the Company's results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 on Thursday, June 29, 2006, at 5:00 PM EST EST electroshock therapy.

. Participating in the call will be Rick Kurtz, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , and Rob Risser, CFO See Chief Financial Officer. .

Participants can dial into the conference call at 866-831-6267 (617-213-8857 for international) using the passcode 95048404. A question and answer period will take place at the end of the discussion. The fourth quarter and fiscal 2006 results will be announced immediately after the close of market on the same day.
