Advanced Photonix, Inc. Announces New Additions to the Board of Directors.

 - API) announced today the appointment of three new members to the Board of Directors. Two of the new members of the Board, Donald Pastor and Lance Brewer, would be considered independent directors, and the third, Robin (Rob) Risser, was a co-founder of the recently acquired Picometrix, and is now the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Photonix, Inc.

Mr. Pastor is currently Executive Vice-President of Operations and CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of Telephonics Corporation. He also serves as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of TLSI, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

He was on Bendix's corporate financial and audit staff from 1973 through 1976. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA.
