) Tuesday announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has given clearance to Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. to its recently filed SB-2.

"This will allow Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. to continue on its plans for growth over the next three years," stated L. S. Robins, the company's chief executive officer.
