) today announced that negotiations are moving forward rapidly to acquire 100% ownership of a "key technology" partner.

Completion of this proposed acquisition would solidify the communications division of AOEI, and add substantially to AOEI's earnings. The company to be acquired is projecting first year revenues of $7 Million and pre-tax profits of $1.5 Million.
