Advanced Neuromodulation Systems Advanced Neuromodulation System is a subsidiary of St. Jude Medical, Inc based in Plano, Texas. It is the U.S. member body to ISO and IEC. ) announced today that it has named Kenneth G. Hawari as its General Counsel and Executive Vice President - Corporate Development. Hawari will have primary responsibility for all legal functions at ANS and will head up its merger, acquisition and strategic alliance efforts.

Prior to joining ANS, Hawari, 43 years old, was a partner in the law firm of Hughes & Luce, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , Dallas, where he specialized in corporate securities law for more than 17 years. He graduated with Highest Honors from The University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981.
