Advanced Modular Solutions names new CFO.


BOXBORO, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nov. 4, 1996-- Advanced Modular Solutions today announced the appointment of John G. O'Brien as chief financial officer, replacing Stan Miloszewski, who is resigning to become president of Advanced Research Solutions.

"John's background in providing financial expertise to a fast-growing company will be invaluable as we continue our journey down a similar road," Modular President Lyn Benton said in announcing the appointment. "His experience in acquisition assimilation and establishment of international subsidiaries is precisely the experience our company requires."

O'Brien will move to Modular on Nov. 13, and assume all CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  responsibilities on Jan. 1, 1997, when Miloszewski departs for Advanced Research Solutions (ARS), based in Concord, Mass. Miloszewski was one of the founders of Modular four years ago, bringing the company his experience with start-ups gained as part of the New Ventures Group of Digital Equipment Corp.
