Advanced Modular Solutions announces new PowerPC.


BOXBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 1996--Modular announced today its new PowerPC server based Refers to hardware or software that runs in the server. Contrast with client based.  on the PowerPC technology. The announcement heralds a new range of industrial- strength PowerPC solutions for the desktop and server computing markets.

Modular's PowerPC Server -- available in 150 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock.
