), developer of the revolutionary WaterStar(TM)5 series, a world-leading hydrologic system capable of generating 5 gallons of drinking water from existing moisture in the air over a 24-hour cycle, today announced the Company has entered into an agreement with Navarro-Design, Inc. to complete the design of the final production model of WaterStar(TM)5 series units. ADMD has exclusive patent rights under four US patents and has exclusive rights pursuant to provisional foreign patents. ADMD's market place is secured by these patent rights relating to the unique features of the WaterStar system.

Navarro Design, Inc. located in Largo, Florida is headed by Joseph L. Navarro Jr. who has over twenty years experience in Product Design and Development that included designing consumer, commercial, industrial and military products and devices. These products and devices included plastics, sheet metal, castings, machining, extrusions, chem/tech, rapid prototyping, fixtures and tooling. Mr. Navarro's activities involved assignments with many well known large companies.

Retaining Navarro Design, Inc. represents a further step towards ADMD's entry into the burgeoning consumer bottled and filtered water industry. Designed for universal application, the WaterStar(TM) air moisture to pure water system will initially be introduced to three priority market segments that have exhibited high demand and applicability for the company's technology; residential/consumer; office; and commercial, including hotels, restaurants and bars.
