Robotti has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Robotti, who was appointed as a director in November 2006, is a Managing Member of Ravenswood Management Company, L.L.C., the General Partner of Ravenswood Investment Company, L.P. In resigning as a director, Mr. Robotti stated that he disagreed with the Board's decision to proceed with the annual meeting of stockholders on January 24, 2007, as previously scheduled.
