General Information

Advanced Lumitech is currently doing business under the trade name BRIGHTEC. The Company's new mailing address is 200 Linden Street, Suite H-314, Wellesley, Massachusetts 02482 - USA. The Company's telephone number is 508-647-9710.

During the last six months, the Company raised $514,500.00 from a single investor through the purchase of 30,000,000 shares of the company common stock at a purchase price of $0.01 cents per share and through the exercise of a warrant to purchase 15,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $.0143 cents per share, representing an aggregate of approximately 50% of the Company's issued and outstanding capital stock. The funds raised as a result of the purchase of shares and the exercise of the warrant by this investor were used by the Company to settle a majority of the Company's obligations to creditors and to commence very limited business activities. The Company is seeking additional financing in order to provide funding to allow the Company to make all necessary filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company will also require additional financing in order to fully implement its business strategy.
