Advanced Lumitech, Inc. Announces Additions to Company's Senior Management Staff.

Advanced Lumitech, Inc. (OTC BB: ADLU) is proud to announce the following additions to the Company's senior management staff.

Ms. Eileen Gallagher Driscoll has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gallagher Driscoll is an experienced senior financial executive. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance for Visibility, Inc., a Wilmington, MA venture capital backed software company and as controller for Soft Key Softkey Products Inc., a Cambridge, MA publicly held consumer software company. Ms. Gallagher Driscoll spent nine years with Price Waterhouse as Staff, Senior Accountant, Manager, Boston; Manager, General Audit Group, Dublin, Ireland; Senior Manager, Boston. Ms. Gallagher Driscoll graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.

Mr. Brian O'Connor has been appointed Vice President Sales. Mr. O'Connor brings the Company over 25 years of consumer product sales experience in both the United States and internationally. Mr. O'Connor received his Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton and attended the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Connor began his career as a Marketing Representative with Proctor & Gamble. He joined Polaroid Corporation-Cambridge, MA in 1984 as Eastern Regional Sales Manager and progressed to National Sales Manager-Cambridge (responsible for sales and marketing with a staff of 250 employees), Vice President Consumer Sales-Cambridge (responsible for sales, marketing, advertising and 500 employees), Vice President of U.S. Operations-Cambridge (responsible for 900 employees in sales, marketing and advertising with over 1 billion in annual sales), Vice President of New Business Development and OEM-Cambridge, and Vice President of International Sales-Singapore, China.

Ms. Leigh A. Shanney has been appointed Vice President Marketing. Ms. Shanney brings more that 25 years of Fortune 500 marketing and market research to the Company. Ms. Shanney attended Vassar College, majoring in Political Science, received her Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and did Graduate work in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin. She studied Marketing at Wharton Business School and the MIT Sloane School and attended Northwestern Kellogg School in the Beatrice Management Program. Ms. Shanney began her career in Marketing Management at the Sanna Division of Beatrice Foods, where she became Director of Marketing Research, and was then promoted to Director of Market Research, Beatrice Grocery Products. Ms. Shanney was appointed Director of Market Research at Polaroid Corporation in 1990, progressing to Director; Polaroid Developing Markets Group, Asia/Pacific and was most recently Marketing Director for the Polaroid Photo-Retail Business Unit.

The Company feels that this talented group of executives brings the operational and marketing experience necessary for a successful fourth quarter launch of the Company's BRIGHTEC (TM) Luminescence Photographic Paper in North America. To this end the Company has increased its production capacities at its Swiss facilities in order to provide sufficient manufacturing capacity for high volume sample orders.

Senior Management of the Company will be presenting its private placement due diligence road show to European Institutional Investors in Germany and Switzerland during the week of September 20, 1999.
